Quiet and comfortable location with private parking available close enough to Monaco, Grasse, Ventimiglia etyc. Also, next to the airport.

The breakfast here features a variety of options, including tasty homemade pastries and warm dishes. However, the cheese provided seems to be of lower quality and lacks in flavor. 🧀.

Stayed for 1 night in this well priced and extremely convenient place, truly enjoyed that. Our room was soundproof and neat with suspect cleanliness. The breakfasts with good ingredients. We walked everywhere, the location was quiet and convenient, in UK supermarkets...

Located in green area. Swimming pool. Very good value for money.
Room are on ground floor or first floor and people walking by can see inside the room. You can close the curtains and location is in a quiet green area, but privacy still suffers.

Reasonably priced accommodation with very attentive staff. Nice building and rooms. Comfy location close to shops. Short walk to a restaurant, supermarket, and the city center via the seafront. Nice meals for breakfast.

Big bed, nice clean bathroom, nice bath.
Very far away from the city center. One has to take a bus (20 min journey) if without car. Elderly receptionist barely speaks English, pretty coldly, unfriendly and useless for any travel information (like - how to get to the train station? she simply said she's not from the area!). No socket in the room. Airplane' taking off and landing sounds pretty annoying as the runway is just beside the hotel.

The man at the reception took his time to explain and draw a map to a location we needed to go to. The pool was a good size.
The room was small and dark. They didn't have a small fridge. We'd just came from a 4 star hotel where the room was large and bright. The 4 star also included a great breakfast while the Campanile didn't. The price difference was only 16 euros. If the Campanile also included breakfast, that would make a big difference in the value for money.

The plus is that it has nature surrounding it, so during daytime it looks way different. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was really good and the price was alright (during the Cannes Film Fest where everything is too expensive to book). Overall our whole stay experience was good enough to revisit the hotel under similar circumstances.
We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is alright. If you don't have a car is a bit far from Cannes and doesn't have many things to see or do in the area. The room decor definately needs upgrading, it is dull and a bit too old fashioned. The hotel is creapy at night and because it is surrounded by trees it attracts mosquitoes and other bugs.. It's by the noisy airport. The pool isn't very big nor are the rooms.

Close to the place were I needed to be. Comfort is really basic, and still expensive, but for Cannes this is understandable. Ideal for people who want low budget, basic rooms. Comfort highly depends on which room you are in.
-Breakfast was ratherpoor. Not enough electric contacts (only one in the corner.)

Clean, cotton sheets. Plenty of hot water. Near to main bus route. Reasonably spatious room. Good, basic accommodation. The price was good.
The location was near to what appeared to be a truckers parking area, and a little isolated, so would not feel comfortable staying there alone. Getting a cab from there to Cannes centre was quite costly, although the bus fare was only 1 euro each way. The walk to the bus stop was short, but no pavements in parts.

The breakfasts are incredibly nice with a lot of options. Everything is really good, the room is well-kept and soundproof with suspect cleanliness, toiletries, for example. Every time in Cannes we stay in this hotel...

The fact that the hotel had free parking as well as the cleanliness of the room. It was a basic comfortable room.
The location of the hotel isn't great so only stay if you have a car.
